The apartment was fairly clean and lovely with views of the mountains. Location was exceptionally nice and lovely, a 5-minute ride to a big ski resort. Also, we loved that it was next to the shops and restaurants, ski lifts and gorgeous apartments, and ski areas. Having a roll-in shower was great...

The apartment was new, I recommend it. The venue was so close to where I needed to be, great service, room was nicely decorated and modern. Competent employees, I loved that. The bedroom was separate with views of the mountains. Having a walk-in shower was great. Lovely style of the building was accompanied by the contemporary inner decor.

It was perfect base for visiting most Bialka Tatrzanska attractions.

We had an amazing time here with a short walk to the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly friendly, day and night.

Free WiFi throughout the property was a godsend, especially for sharing my posh social media posts. The buffet breakfast was decent enough, I suppose. The seating area in the apartment was nice for pretending to read a book.

I recently stayed at Goralski Spa for a family ski trip. The brand new and stylish hotel was perfect for us, with a convenient spa to relax in after a day on the slopes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and competent. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby. a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the Kotelnica Bialczanska Ski Resort, making it perfect for a family ski trip. For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide more frequent towel changes, especially for families who visit the sauna daily. The towels took a while to dry, and it would have been more convenient to have fresh ones available more often.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. the staff, who spoke English, were friendly and helpful. the location was great, away from the main road and peaceful.

The water had a strange smell and taste. the breakfast had a limited range of products and could use some improvement.
